My greatest passion is instilling hope, direction, and purpose in my clients. The counseling techniques I use vary based on each client’s needs but my foundation is rooted in the humanistic theory of existential therapy and I have chosen to combine this with nature therapy. This form of therapy focuses more on the present and future rather than the past and on finding meaning and purpose in life & I utilise special exercises within the outdoor space to help illuminate these principles. This doesn’t mean we can’t talk about the past, it just means that we will spend more time working towards goals that will help you progress faster.

With over 10 years of counseling experience, I have been counseling online via webcam for the past 7 years as an expat. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Certified Clinical Military Counselor (CCMC). In France, I am registered as a Psychopraticien. Most of my experience is in helping clients manage PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment/transitions, family conflict and helping to discover my clients’ life purposes. Common groups of people I see range from first responders (police, firefighters, paramedics), doctors, athletes, expats (English speakers living abroad) and general "life wanderers." In my current practice, I do not label clients with disorders. Instead, we focus on symptoms and achieving your personal goals.
SPORTS & NATURE
Since I was very young I have loved being in the ocean, up a tree, or in the dirt. We are apart of nature so being outside of a concrete box feels much more at home. Given the current situation with the climate crisis, I find myself going back to nature for comfort and becoming more involved in environmental projects. If you find yourself feeling more depressed or anxious over this topic, you are not alone and we can focus on these emotions in session.
Leading an active sports lifestyle, I believe in the influence of getting and staying active to help promote a balanced body and mind chemistry. I enjoy helping athletes find their balance while encouraging them to discover their highest potential. If you surf, skateboard, race motocross, snowboard or train in MMA/Muay Thai we might have something in common.
